With Over 25 years of experience, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1983 he has worked in private practice in the fields of Quantity Surveying & Construction Project Management. In the last 7 years Jonathan has worked towards building a pipeline of over 1,000 flats in planning with schemes of 50-300 homes. He has previous experience working at Savills in 1998 as an Equity Director.
Nayim Akhanjee, Director
Qualifying with a Masters Degree in Engineering at a top tier University, Nayim heads the Acquisitions Team in London. His sharp analytical mindset in combination with his previous experience at KPMG working as a Data Consultant, has resulted in his ability to strategically pioneer businesses. His expertise lies in utilising innovative technology and deriving his own algorithmic approach to property management.
Kenny Afolabi, Director
With a strong rooted background in Business Management and operations from a leading university, Kenny leads the operations division. With natural leadership qualities, accompanied with his altruistic approach, he has obtained the ability to deliver formidable results within the commercial arena. Kenny is responsible for the procurement of new opportunities and the delivery of those through the management pipeline.
